The location has you trapped eating with their services and food not worth the high prices. Plan on spending more than what you paid for the room each day. Staff not receptive to your needs and unfriendly. We left a day early highly disapointed. Stayed previously at Bay View Resort and now we know where to return. If you have already done the shopping pub thing in Thailand and just want to relax this DEFFINETLY is the resort for you. We just snorkled, kayaked and had a nice relaxing time up the top of phi phi, it is beautiful. I think its good to get away from the hustle of the main towns on your trip if you can. And spend a few days just with the beach and the pool. We stayed in a garden bungalow and is was good. If you want a beachfront bungalow, in mine opinion it s not worth the extra money that you have to pay for it. It s not directly on the beach anyway.The service is great and also is their breakfast. It s a buffet and they have a great variety of food.The food at the restaurant is good, but the a la carte menu is small I think, so after a couple of days you get bored with the menu. But at the beach there are some other restaurants you can try.We had a couple of massages at an other resort on the beach, Phi Phi Erawan. The massages are great, cheap, and directly on the beach so you have a great view.Go for a romantic private dinner on the beach.
